"Return was easy, but I felt stuck waiting"
The return itself wasn’t too hard, and I did end up getting my refund. It just took longer than I expected, so for a while I felt kind of trapped waiting around with no real update.

My order from SilkSilky arrived packaged really nicely. The box was clean, not banged up or anything, and everything inside was folded neatly. It gave me the impression that they actually took a little care with it, which I appreciate.
I liked that the items weren’t just tossed into some random bag. The packaging was simple, but still pretty, and it made opening the order feel a bit more special. Small thing, maybe, but it made a good impression on me

I got a pair of silk pajamas from Silksilky, they’re nice to sleep in. They keep me comfortable most nights, not too warm, not too chilly, which is more than I expected. The shipping was kind of slow, so I’m taking off a star for that, but at least the pajamas were worth the wait...

"Pretty set, but the color bummed me out a little"
I ordered the silk set and overall it’s nice enough, the fabric feels good and the quality seems okay. But i was a bit disappointed when I opened it because the color looked more muted than it did in the photos. I picked it specifically for that shade, so that kind of took the excitement out of it for me. I’ll still wear it since it’s comfortable and looks fine, I just wish the pictures showed the color more accurately. Delivery was smooth, no issues there.

"A little too busy for my taste"
I checked out the site the other night while I was just browsing around after dinner, and at first it looked fine, but the overall style felt kind of all over the place to me. Some of the product pages had a lot of colors going on, plus pop-ups, and the photos didn’t really feel like they matched each other. I was hoping to find some cleaner, simpler designs because that’s usually what I go for, but I had a hard time spotting anything I really liked. It’s not a bad site or anything, just not really my style.

"They Couldn’t Even Get the Basics Right"
I ordered a navy silk pajama set, and somehow they managed to send me the wrong color and the wrong size. it’s not like this was some complicated request, just send the thing I actually picked. The fabric felt okay, I guess, so at least they didn’t mess up every single part of it. Customer service did reply, but they took their sweet time. Not the absolute worst experience, but disappointing for something that should’ve been simple.

"Still looking good after months"
I bought some silk pillowcases from silksilky.com a few months ago and honestly... they’ve held up better than I expected. I’ve washed them quite a few times now, and there’s been no weird tearing, no loose seams, nothing like that. They’re still soft too, which I was kind of wondering about after repeated washes. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I thought the prices were reasonable compared to a few other silk shops I looked at. Definitely not the cheapest option out there, but the quality feels like it lines up with what I paid. I also messaged support with a quick question, and they basically said something like, “the silk quality is what makes the difference,” which made sense once the order arrived. I’d probably buy again, especially if there’s a sale

It looked really nice when I first got it, but after I washed it, it shrunk and the fabric just felt kind of weird. Not sure what happened, but it wasn’t the same after that.

"I was a little nervous the silk..."
I was a little nervous the silk would feel too thin or cheap, but it actually has a really nice medium weight to it. It’s still light and comfortable to sleep in, but not flimsy or see-through. I’ve tried a couple of silk pieces from other brands before that felt way more delicate and almost too thin, so this one from silksilky.com was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Sizing has been consistent"
I’ve ordered from silksilky.com a couple of times now, though I can’t remember if the pajama set came before the other one or the other way around. Either way, I stuck with the same size each time and the fit has been similar, which was nice.
The only small thing I noticed was that the pants felt a little longer than I expected, or maybe I just forgot how the first pair fit at first. Not a huge deal though, and overall I’m happy with what I got.
